When I joined the discord server ~2 days ago, I did the onboarding questions, and I think I was liberal with joining channels, but now (after I added myself to the art hour channels) I realized I wasn't in the rules channel - I got to read the rules in the onboarding popup, but I never got to the channel itself, which for example messed my lospekamon onboarding up.

(My expectation is to always be added to #rules, and I assume that's the same for every user)
