Just tried a few times to upload a new profile picture, each time hitting 'save profile'. When hitting save, the image would reset to the previous, and I checked that it hadn't updated by closing the tab and visiting my profile in another (signed-out) browser. Only by closing the tab hitting save profile button first did the profile image update.
