Ive changed the release frequency from 5 minutes to 30 minutes, which more accurately represents how many submissions we get per day. This should give pieces more time on the front page, but should still be quick enough so that every piece is released within 24 hours of being approved and the queue doesn't fill up. I will lower it again if it starts to overflow.

In the future we definitely need more mods and ideally have a voting system to help get user input on approvals, and perhaps that could also release pieces if they get enough votes.
