Just let us users check out out rating on our profile dashboard. Ofc make sure it's private just to prevent people from terrorising others because it their number.

The spammer selection process is still done by person by hand, so no need to worry that you have a bad rating if you are not a bot

Not sure about this because it might give spammers insight on how to avoid detection. It would have to be limited only to certain users. also it's really not that useful for anything other than spam - perhaps in the future we'll have a "contribution" score that it would make more sense to see
