It goes away so quickly even if I post in there every day. I would understand if someone didn't post for over a month, but if you post even once a day, it should not just vanish. The requirements for the role are vague and make no sense, and if you're going to start locking channels behind it, this feels like a dick move to veterans and active users.

I'd say it could use a grace period of 2-3 days on getting active status and not immediately losing it because you miss a day of posting 5 messages.
The requirements would be fine if it weren't easier to lose than a Duolingo streak.
