Scroll Wheel on Sprite Viewer

This would be useful, making the scroll wheel work for zooming out in the art viewer. There is the + and - boxes, but by habit I keep using the scroll wheel and finding it doesn't work. This would help people see the art easier in a zoomed in way

This actually already exists, but you must hold the control key while doing so. This is to avoid overriding the default scrolling behavior which could be confusing and make it harder to scroll down to see more information.
